That’s actuLly a very interesting point, 

even when your thoughts are not on, your body is still telling you what it wants. 

So even though your not thinking directly, your body is still thinking about the future. It is not in a stable state of inner peace. Ahah

@Aakash what does inner peace mean? Isn't this a projection of the mind? How do you know anything about your body if you don't think about it? Does the body exist? Why do you talk about things that are ambivalent? Why do you even talk?
