4 posts in this topic

I plan on doing more meditation now that school is over for me, but i have a few specific benefits id like to receive while meditating for now. I would like to gain:

  • Heightened focus
  • Heightened awareness
  • Heightened susceptibility to laughter
  • More energy

If you know any practices that have worked really well for you or gave you any of the above benefits, don’t hesitate to let me know :)

Meditate and Pay attention on whatever comes into your awareness.

Find out what awareness is by letting go of your thoughts. Stay in the state of no-thought for as long as possible

@Justincredible76 The Work of Byron Katie.

"Not believing your own thoughts, you’re free from the primal desire: the thought that reality should be different than it is. You realise the wordless, the unthinkable. You understand that any mystery is only what you yourself have created. In fact, there’s no mystery. Everything is as clear as day. It’s simple, because there really isn’t anything. There’s only the story appearing now. And not even that.” — Byron Katie
