Genetics is a factor, as for the authority, im not sure what you mean 

it’s obvious you are a survival of the fittest type o person, and therefore that’s what will influence your gene expression. 

Genetics are about tailoring it to the right field and world view. They are not about forcing them to fight against each other. This is an ideology.
