Finding peace of mind.... (my new video)

Another way to say this is that we always judge the present and the futur based on the past,
And since it is always judged and seen from the point of view of the past, nothing ever really change.

It's also a defense mechanism to protect the individuality, since the only way to stay the same "person" is to continually think and do the same activities again and again, even if it is destroying your mental and body health.

To some degree a lot of people does this on many ways, and the most unhealthy and damaging one that dictactes everything is thinking that something will go wrong, and that we have to fix it, prevent it, and always be wary of it, at all time.

So the present moment, the underlying peace that is always there is never seen and felt.

The "fixing" is there for almost everyone, and therefore we can't live happily, because we are constantly anticipating and worrying after something that "must be fixed", never realizing that no matter how much "fixing" there is, there is always an another "fixing" to do.

Not only this is how it is for most of us, but even the way we do the fixing is disfunctional, since it is done from a place that is restless, shortsighted and with a huge sense of underlying lack (which attract more lack).

So, basically just read the Power of Now, start meditating everyday, and stop creating your own hell that create more negativity for everyone you interact with, but especially for you.

I mean, do you want to live like that the rest of your life ?

That's literally Hell.

@Shin I like your phrase about fixing, it’s kinda made me give up on the idea all together. It’s true, something will always need fixing.

Thanks :)

mu great video, made me drop the need to figure out god conceptually

Thanks for making this video, it served as a reminder for me to chill the fuck up and stay present in these tough times when we need to fix shit. ?

I tried to give as little conceptual framing and ‘whys’ to why it is that we do this to ourselves and instead pointed to just the fact that it happens and to relax out of so

You may be correct in one type of framing that causes this but it’s not what I was trying to convey.

I’m also pointing to something very subtle as well but not directly since the average viewer may be turned of by more mystical reasonings and instead keep it as simple as possible.

But don’t take this as what your saying has no value since aakash my self and others have benefited from more detailed explanations as well.

@DrewNows Ya, cool, I saw you posted a video, I'm going to watch it right now.

Check out my vlog too if you want but just to warn you, my life situation is a pretty good indicator of the amount of integration or experience/growth needed.

I’m lacking in the in-person friend and dating departments and living with family
