Being is Happiness.

Thoughtlessly, already salvation, already liberation, already consciousness.

You’ve only ever been One, the whole, the total.

What you does a thing to see? There is no “seer”, no doer of seeing.

What you does a thing to hear? There is no “hearer”, no doer of hearing.

No you needs a thing, there is no “needer”, no doer of needing.

I think "if only I have this then I will be happy" philosophy Is flawed because once you actually have it you might not actually be happy and just looking for the next thing. It's probably better to be satisfied with the present moment.

Being happy is a choice, has little to do if you are homeless or king.

What choice i'm talking about? The choice to listen to breath and open the heartspace. This is the greatest choice and the most difficult to tune into. Everything else is mere entertainment

No such thing once one has awakened the limbic system. Only the ideas in the head craves ultimatum and fabulous flashy feelings or being.

Being happy is a choice.

I hate this saying. I accept it has it's merits though.

Also, I believe the term "choice" is a grey area somewhat. People can only "choose" something if they are aware and understanding of their options. It's like consent. It's not consent if the person doesn't know what they are agreeing to.

My personal belief is that some people just don't know there is another way or many other ways to approach their life.

I'm not excusing the need to take personal responsibility though.

Important question to ask oneself I think, what would be your answer?

Dissolve your attachments and aversions and stay in the present moment.

Happiness is enjoyment of the content of existence. Bliss is enjoyment of existence itself despite the content.
