Spirituality is beta

Having watched some of these so called spiritual teacher, they seem very beta to me. I feel they would back down to well defined alpha when confronted. Tho I will say Elliot Hulse is alpha.

It is, but it's much more beta to get caught up in war in the first place.
The greatest masters will hide in plain sight and look exactly like a nobody so that they can flourish.

You've put your own definitions on the word alpha and are now trying to apply it where you deem fit. If you're caught up in what an alpha and beta does, you've already checked off the standard of being a beta inherently by trying to see where you one-up in this "alpha game"

bringing more awareness to your body opens up the valve of the energy channels one of them which is male energy!

Who do you think are more content in life? Rupert Spira and Eckhart Tolle or Joe Rogan and Elliot Hulse? The latter two clearly suffers.
