One bad thing about it is that it make Rubin's show seem more legitimate than it really is.

As an extreme example imagine Eckhart Tolle interviewed by Saddam Hussein. Kinda silly.

I don't think it will neccesarily fall on deaf ears. For some people it might click big time without them knowing why exactly. And one of those people might do wonderful things on a global level, you never know.

Shinzen Young was recently on Aubrey Marcus podcast who is a good friend of Rogan. And Rogan have discussed having Shinzen on. I think it is great seeing these people potentially get new audiences.

It can't fall on deaf ears, at least 1% of the audience will be impacted on some level.
That's a lot considering the number of people watching.
You can't say that's nothing or that it is useless.

That point on making the show more legitimate has something to do with your own agenda and preference
I personally don't care  

Why does it have to be silly ?
It would have been one of the best way to change Saddam Hussein if that would ever happened.
Just being near a "master" is something powerful in itself, so how is that silly ?

Are you suggesting Rubin is (at least partially) using Ecky for credibility? I never thought of it that way...
