i am scared of self inquiry

@theking00  Maybe you can stay in that feeling until you feel confortable to let it do whatever is going to do. I really would like to experience it. Fear is the reaction of survival of the ego.

If you feel very uncomfortable, confused during self inquiry, I suggest that you actually sit down with a pen and paper and very accurately write out exactly how you are feeling through metaphors and examples. That itself can give you lots of clarity and relaxation.

From then on you'll eventually drop your fears when you see the absurdity behind them.
