Ok. I already "died" have experienced it, I know Very well what I am really behind all masks.

Thoughts, ego cannot know it therefore cannot abuse it, ego can only abuse ego

Taking into account the illusory nature of thought and meaning, does this mean that you can't know reality with thoughts and it is all a projection?

Was not aware of my self-referential thoughts habit. Let's say I drop it, where do I ground myself in everyday life?

There’s no such thing as everyday life. Ground yourself in the fact this is a dream. This is not reality. You are reality. So in fact, literally speaking, there is no such thing as grounding.

The same thing goes with the ego. I've had a challenging trip by going at it with the belief that the ego is bad and must be exterminated. This creates a state of fear and insecurity during and after the trip instead of leaving me empowered. All that for 5 mins of ego death and 6 months of Ego Backlash after.

Instead of making this process like a Ritual sacrifice can we change the frame so at least I can return from the trip better rather than worse?

It feels like I build a bridge in the morning and knock it down in the evening.

Can this spiritual process even be done simultaneously with achieving material abundance (money, sex, friends, etc)? @Leo Gura

No.  Your ego mustn't be exterminated because it's you.
