Be attentive, to the thinking which you have thus far been inattentive, self referential thinking. A lot of energy goes into thinking one way and talking, acting, another. It’s ok to let go. Authenticity is attractive, we’re powerless. Where are you in this love story? Looking for it, or giving it? If you give it, you have it, you are it. There are lots of people needing to find it too.

Yeah but to find balance you (most often than not) needs to go through excess on one side of the spectrum.

You don't have to give up sex forever, just until you stop letting it control you. I am working on the same shit, but watching porn and shit is not getting you anywhere. If you give it up for a bit to do shadow work and transcend that need it will come back as a joy and not a need.

Just download bunch of the swapping apps and add in few good pictures. These days getting a shag is actually really easy. 

Just make sure this does not keep you from deeper growth in life. Perhaps you need to bang 100 girls before you are ready to move on so these apps could be a decent way to get that.
