Hey Guys,

I found this post by Osho talking about the hara, an you can actually feel it (2 inches below the navel) inside your body if I'm not mistaken, it's like a little bone that sticks out.

He reccomends to do it before bedtime and in the morning, he also talks about the morning proccess being done before opening the eyes, so is it possibly suggesting towards concious restfulness?

The body awareness book in the book list expands a lot on centring as well as other principles, highly recommend.
10/10 read based on usefulness.
