What happens to your 'ordinary' relationships after you grow

how can you sustain relationships after you grow beyond the ordinary concerns of everyone else. it seems that you are in a different world.

i'm not talking from a judgemental POV nor i think i'm better than anyone nor i want to change anyone, its just difficult to find a common ground to relate on.
