Hey guys,

Today I went to the Isha foundation in London and the session was focused on AUM chanting. It was a great experience and I really reccomend it.

The foundation really humbles you to the scientific proccess of Yoga.

I also got a copper snake ring.

Glad to hear that. I think what Sadhguru has accomplished in the last two decades could take some people lifetimes to achieve. I think anyone here can definitely benefit spiritually from what Isha Foundation has to offer.

Specially from their Yoga programmes. They have an establishment in almost every major Western and Eastern country one way or another.
