How to Master Sales

Does anyone have any guidance on how to Master Sales? I've started by reading sales books from the library, but have found many to be shallow or boring. Any recommendations on courses or books would be greatly appreciated. I've started a new project selling gift boxes for women wholesale to gift shops and spas.
