You are right. Experience is always slippery. You cant bet on experience.

But through all so called real and unreal experience, one thing is certain: the experiencer. Investigate the truth of that and solve this eternal puzzle of existence.

This sounds like exactly the sort of thing that should be in the Journals section of the forum, as opposed to "Meditation, Consciousness, Enlightenment, Spirituality." I encourage you to start a journal there and actively consider feedback you receive to be as or more relevant than your own opinions or strongly-held beliefs.

Experience is usually an integral part of reality, though drugs can distort one's perception of it.  Perceived reality can be skewed by unseen forces beyond our control, e.g. the spirit realm.  "Don't play with fire" applies - unless you're in communion with your Maker, i.e. God.  If something doesn't feel right, or is scary, avoid it.
