Ups... not good. I really have to study more about it. There are a lot of videos on youtube. Not sure if this one is good but it is from a Buddhist Center in Manhattan

The biggest problem is that we think we are a person and that there's a world "out there"...

God is love

Whoever lives in love lives in God

And God in them
