Hey,

for those who want to know about the effects of meditation:

Two years ago I started an instagram page and posted daily timelapse videos of my sits and documented the insights I had ever since.

Currently I am also using the muse headband and sharing my experience. 

A lot has changed: diets, habits, emotional and overall body awareness. It was the best decision to start the habit.

@everythingisnothing  What is your experience with the muse headband? I've heard they're not that accurate and that they don't actually measure brain activity?

@Neorez If I get into a calm state, birds start to chirp. I am totally letting go. Then I had the idea to put my focus on something, without physically changing anything. I focused on the darkness behind the eyelids and all the little dots: it reacted. And I‘ve tested that many times, it‘s definitely connected. No change in breath or posture, just putting my awareness on something that is already there.

I was skeptical at first too, but now I love to use it as I trust it.
