Smiling is one of the simplest things, which can be the hardest if you are going through some tough times.

Finding your smile even in your toughest hour is one of the best ways to transmute suffering into happiness. Ground yourself in your smile

I always see it as a subtle smile, which some people won't even notice, but she is  smiling on the inside and out.

This works for sure. Works much better when not in depression mindset. Does work for anxiety.

With the help of close friends and relatives, I am avoiding the streets for now. I would not have even internet now without "external" help. Still behind on some payments, but will catch up eventually
