@arlin Have you tried some energetic pranayama before starting your meditation session? You can try a technique called "Breath of Fire" from Kundalini Yoga. There are several tutorials on Youtube but I like this one in particular.

Tip for you: focus on the crown and spleen on the left side, it will make sense after you practice. You will not fall asleep practicing this, it will become a way of life.

I will try,thank you.

I really am foreign to kundalini, i don't even know that it exists, i don't know what it is at all.

Isn't that some set of dangerous techniques?

It can be dangerous if you have hypertension, if your heart is weak or if you're pregnant. If that's not your case, then it's safe, or at least a lot safer than Hatha Yoga, which can cause serious injuries if you don't have a proper teacher.

Don't confuse Kundalini with Kundalini Yoga :)

This link was a great source for me. Pick something and experiment. But most importantly: do it out of joy. Have fun!

Personally, I enjoyed this one the most :)

Maybe the best position is in squat, rest state. 

Focus on breath.

Next in the spleen, taking energy from the crown, then open the heartspace wth Thor energy from above, to give eletricity to the heart space.

But while you do that you follow the yellow brick road... Pancreas.

Remember in batman 08? Joker in prison, had a crazy person put in jail to get him out, strapped on his insides a cellphone with explosive.

That is the explotion, the spleen does to the plexus wich is ruled by the ego until awakening.
