How To Reconcile Non-Doership And The Concept Of Karma?

If there is no personal free will, but only the will of God, and everything is just a spontaneous arising in consciousness, why does karma exist? According to the idea of karma, the negative or positive situations that one personally lives in are determined by past actions and past lives, but if my ego doesn't have a choice in the actions that I take, what's the point and the fairness of it?

If you are not the doer of actions, you are not the enjoyer or sufferer of karma either.
