I think the is a funny guy and has some humor, but I couldn't listen more than 3 minutes into the video. Too much screaming

Hey man. he was talking about life purpose from an Islam perspective. The place, where he is standing, is actually called speaker's corner where many speakers gather to preach for what they believe.
