Whatever happened, is happening or will happen doesn't really matter in the end.
Think about what you're really after, and compare to what you just lost.
Whatever that was, it pales in comparison of what you will discover.

Always remember that no matter how bad it looks like,
What will be revealed to you will be an infinite amount time better,
So much better that it can't even be put into words, or communicated by any means.

Just don't give up and never look behind, it will be worth more than anything you can imagine
