Why did Leo film "Life Stages" video?

Is it because he needs to dumb down his metaphysical content, since he senses that many of his viewers are not ready for metaphysical teachings yet - i'm probably one of them, tho i enjoy his metaphysical content 

It's quite nostalgic to see him talking about "practical" stuff again, like i have a mixed feeling - happy that he does practical self help again, yet a bit a sad for him that he may have wanted to talk about more meta stuff

anyways, i'm still interested to see where leo chooses to take actualised.org in the future
