Imagine a man risks his own life to save a girls life and then he rapes her. Is he low or high conscious?

You can't know if that's why he saved her. But imagine a person who keeps inventing cures for diseases but he also does things that hurt people every day. How would you judge that person.

A person is not good or bad, youre seeing things black and white. We are all devils and angels. Tada! Ive probably killed 10000 cows to feed myself for my entire life but ive also done good things. How would you judge me?

So what if he only gets a bad intention mid-way through doing it?

We would never know unless we interrogated the guy. Hence why we need nuance and you cannot say this is bad and this is good. Are you new to Actualized lol

@Eric Tarpall He would be rather low since his state would not be consistent. Of course, the situation matters if a person cures diseases and hurts others it would depend on how he hurts them and what his intentions are.

He technically has no right to rape her going by the law or even by moral conscience. 

Why do you ask the question out of curiosity?

If he would be high in consciousness he can totally renounce sex drives, monks even say that the sex drive is easier to conquer than the need for socializing, which is a necessity. Residing in that place is different.

Twisted hypothetical stories inquiring whether things like child rape, incest, beastiality etc. is good or bad don’t seem to yield fruitful discussion threads. 

There have been several recent threads discussing dualities, including the good / bad duality.
