How to do you get over the feeling of "I am not getting girl as pretty as her" ??

so I had this girl in my life she was my 1st and she's really gorgeous. very very pretty. now that I have broke up with her, I can convince my brain that I will girls in future but i cannot convince myself that I will get a girl as pretty as her.Its creating so much pain and suffering for me internally.  please give your valuable advice.

So you don't feel entitled to be with someone on her level of attractiveness. I can relate.

It is wasted time to try to convince yourself otherwise mentally.

The proof is in the pudding. There is no shortcut for experience. When you do get another partner at that level, you will believe it.

There is no "convincing yourself" to be done.
