Ok, so. Over the past few months I've had some pretty cool awakenings and my awareness is really beautiful. I'm having some energetic occurrences that are not to familiar to me. I'm a real energy chick so this is all very exciting. The figures pop out at random times like they are waiting for me to do something. It's like "are you ready yet".

Yes, I have a belief in Karma. I do have a number of other beliefs, some do to with the higher power, some to do with me as an individual. what kind of thing are you after?

So far the neighborhood has been like a power spot to me. I feel energy from other places but they've never lead me to realizations and tried to awaken me like this one has. It seems like that feeling sensitivity is expanding now though. I started getting really obsessed with one particular spot by the river and I would take my kids there to play. It made me feel incredibly still and I'd just meditate on the water and the nature around it. But I went because I loved it, and to let my kids get outside. I was never intending for anything to happen at all, I was never intending it to be a meditation practice or anything like that. What happened is the place turned into an obsession or an irresistible draw. I just wanted to go there because it made me feel good. 

Later while visiting a cemetery I started having interesting things happen, which drew me back and every time something inexplicable happened. To begin with those things were negative. It lead me to finding a book written by a clairvoyant healer buried there. The book had so many parallels to my life and to what I wanted to do with my life. Then I found the remains of his mansion and it overlooked the spot on the river. I started having insights there. They started slow and basic but were strong so I listened. The first was to stop drinking coffee and get over my fear. The second was to stop feeling unworthy to be there, the third was that the only thing of value I had to give other people was my love. 

I went back and saw a tree there, actively making cracking sounds and splitting down the center. It was one tree at the base, turning into two trees. I understood the nature of duality. One and two at the same time. After that things started snowballing and coinciding with my conversations on the forum and my regular life. 

They are both a result of perception and awareness, those two cannot be separated. I clear my mind so that I can clearly perceive.

i just read that someone said they could read another persons energy through the words they had typed, and people often talk about energy healing.

how do you move your energy around?

can you see your energy? Colours? Auras?

can you affect the energy of other people? Etc

 

When I was under my spiritual awakening on a very high level, everything I saw was energy. My body became energy. Energy would enter my body from trees, rocks, human beings. And I could transfer energy to other beings. 

One thing I learned and which I now know for sure is that you don’t use energy, energy will totally use you. ?

But there are deeper levels than energy. You are deeper than energy.

@Flatworld Crusades Cultivating energy through rest, relaxation and Being. 

I notice that i have different energy based on the seasons i'm in in life. 

If i am meditating, doing Kriya yoga, and focusing on minimalism, my energy feels a whole lot different when i'm out and about socializing, going for a long run or putting myself out there in social situations.

I like to think about it like the yin-yang symbol.

You want to cultivate both, and explore both of them deeply

@Flatworld Crusades yesterday I was sitting in the office and had like this weird spider-sense go off in my head and seconds later a customer pulled up. I was like..... Hmmm. Ok

Although I could have been picking up on a frequency that the truck was giving off.  I get the same thing from tvs.

 So when you say spider sense, is it a tingling or buzzing? What does it feel like?
