@phllip103 Learn & understand what anger and sadness are. All else is avoidance / procrastination. Let it out. Write about it. Clarity arises, always does. Possibly helpful....some studies suggest will power is 100% upon awakening in the morning and diminishes through out the day. So if you want to make changes, put them first. I got up at 4am (only needed to get up at 7) for a few months, exercised, lost 60 pounds, did an hr of meditation every morning, read the books I’d been putting off, started tia chi, etc, etc. You can do this man. Put it first. If you truly can not find your way to this, just start writing (with brevity) what you want to change, on paper, multiple times a day. It is easier to change a habit in this way, before actually changing the habit. It’s changing the mind that matters.
