anyone been consistent with shamanic breathing?

In Leos shamanic video he suggests doing it once a week for 60 minutes. I'm curious has anyone done this for at least a few months and what results did you get?

@herghly I've done 2 60 minute sessions like a month apart (check my journal for reports). I personally wouldn't do this everyday, I feel it would have too many implications on the body.

If you're thinking about doing it once a week, I'd say definitely go for it. Just work yourself up as far as the timer goes, listen to your body and see what it's telling you. Don't be afraid to question and push past the ego if you start hearing worries about the emotional pain, discomfort and little deaths it's experiencing. That's a sign you're getting to the root of something. Whenever I'm doing shamanic breathing I feel like my intuition is heightened and it's really pleasant to feel the consolidation of things I've been thinking about happening in real time.

I did it almost every day for a week and didn't experience any negative side effects other than an irritable mood from ego backlash. I stopped using a timer when I did it, though, and just let myself breath until my body and sensations told me it was time to relax. On several occasions, I'd fall asleep and lose consciousness or I'd start having psychedelic experiences for a short period of time and whenever that happened, I'd just wake up again and keep going. I don't think I've gone much further than one hour, but I've certainly felt a lot of integration of past traumas in a relatively short period of time.
