How to come up with objective insights? Any specific techniques?

Love the feeling of a mindgasm. At times I love it maybe too much and cling onto the insights repeating them daily in amazement.

Can you give an example of the insights you're referring to (if you can put them in words).

Maybe read the book of not knowing.

Also deep ancient cultural traditions seem to have an effect of producing insights. The Maori Haka for example gave me insight into masculinity and power.

@Andrewww There is no specific technique for that, all spiritual practices aim to answer the question of objectivity (which is the same question as "what is the ultimate ground in reality"). You should come to the conclusion that all insights are subjective and that there is no objectivity in anything at all
