[Habit] Don't watch a video more than once

By video I mean videos, series, movies, documentaries etc. I think this can be a powerful habit because it forces you to pay more attention to what you're looking at. Because you know you can only look at it once. If it's an educational video you can take notes. On youtube you can keep track of which videos you've watched by pressing the like or dislike button. I grew up watching reruns of series and I realize now how stupid that is.

@Eric Tarpall High quality educational videos can have a radically different impact on your understanding if you rewatch them again.

But yeah, reruns of T.V. can be a bit dull.

if it's needed to watch 10 times, do it, if it was never meant to be watched, don't do it.

follow the flow of your own wave by navigating while being conscious of your own absolute path.

nothing is wrong with your practice, but you should be aware than none of it is probably better, but it depends of your own goal

This doesn't work for me. Sometimes re-reading a book, listening to a podcast or watching a video at a different stage in my life is valuable.

With new experiences and perspectives under my belt, one line in a book can take on a different meaning.
