How to open crown chakra?

Hey I want to open my crown chakra, I have my third eye open and I can see beyond the dimension of normal perception. Does anyone have any advice? Sadhguru doesn't want to give answers

How do you know that your third eye is already open? What exactly have you experienced yet? I'm just curious

@Billy Shears The third eye is a metaphor for perception where everything is seen with clarity. (I really can't explain the phenoma but it occurs when the mind is silent and sexual energy is felt higher in the body in the head)
