Are we ghosts?

Same idea as the idea we do not exist, that the ego is only a small part of the overall scheme of things. Are we ghosts? Looking at how I operate my life, based on ideas and rituals that mean nothing, I am not the identity I constructed for myself, and yet I believe I am, living my life as such. Am I possessed by a ghost? Its an interesting idea. That evolution of complex social traits necessiates the possession by a ghost!

Leo mentioned that it can feel like that in his How to do self inquiry Chrismas edition.  Have you watched that episode? Its good stuff.  I never thought of it like that but i can see how one could think that.

I like that we are an idea instead.  I like the sand castle analogy in a infinite sand too.  We are so fragile that we can be gone as this form so easily.  But you as the infinite sand remains.

What is dead may never die.

we are not ghost, ghosts are a concepts. Maybe we are ghost then, but maybe we are nothing, or maybe we are everything and so we are ghost aswell.

if you talk in the absolute, on the others side science could maybe one day prove the existence of physical others universe and so maybe "real ghost" are real, who knows, not me.
