the individual can make a distinction. the misconception is that there is this and that. when actually there is this and this. and if the individual didn't make the distinction, then there is just this (everything) 

 

when you wake from a dream you realize it was all you

 

you are the space in which phenomena seems to be occurring

 

this is what was just all of that

 

meditation

⦁ establish steady deep breathing

⦁ notice the space in which movement appears to happen

⦁ dismiss/ do not acknowledge thought/ imagination

⦁ become aware of one thing. life, consciousness, god

⦁ know that everything is this one thing being everything

⦁ just the essential/ ultimate - absolute
