There's only one individual, that means God. Individual = not divisible. Only God is not divisible. 

So, yes, God thinks. If it wasn't God who is thinking, then who would be thinking? If you want to say that God doesn't think, then you have to say that no-one ever thinks.

Yes, I have just thought about it and wanted to delete the sentence. This one is like a strange loop.

You move your thoughts towards God and wonder how could you possibly divide Nothing, but then look at the world and see that it is divided.
