Acting to release negative emotions.

I have found that whenever I am stuggling with a negative emotion the best thing for me to do is to go somewhere alone and literally act out the emotion, as in be an actor playing that emotion. It never ceases to make me laugh my ass off alone like a mad man. Negative emotion time is now acting practice time.
