Notice the Peacefulness

When you are in monkey mind you have the awareness of catching yourself, do this.

Get in touch with your senses, look around, listen. Notice what the now-moment is really like and then notice what your mind is adding, how it runs its patterns.

Try to really notice the high contrast between the calmness of the moment and the storm thats blowing in your mind, seperate them.
