Reasons to be greatful on the spiritual journey

• When someone hates you
• When you don't get what you want
• When you're treated unfairly
• When someone pushes your "buttons
• When people do crazy things that are socially unnaccepable 
• When someone gets away with breaking the rules and wins 
• When you lose and someone you hate wins

Would others like to expand upon this list?

Life is not here to make us happy or fulfilled. It is here to make us enlightened. That's why bad things happen in life. Everything that happens is for our own enlightenment.

More correctly, you and your perspective are the joke. That is the ego. Spiritual or not, every time someone makes you cringe, check your spiritual ego and let it go. Rebirth is happening every moment, kill the Buddah
