Feel that point where you are identified in your head. 

Put as much awareness onto it as possible. 

Realise this is not you but just a mind sensation, which you have amplified

Let the sensation and image in your head go, and dispurse it. 

NOW in ACTUALITY!

Allow perceptions to be as they are.
