Ego Death

Ego death in my opinion is the wrong term to use. If your ego is based on survival don't scare it. Call it a change in conciousness, because you can always fall back into egoic conciousness.

Depends, there are  very fast ways to dissolve ego, such intense suffering that there is nothing left in mind that holds you to physical world,trough such selfless devotion to something that there is nothing that you hold for yourself, but are ready to give every ounce of you without anything in return. I think you could call it ego death.

I like the term 'integrating' the ego more and more. feels like the more loving, embracing, feminine approach. as long as we secretly hold the ego as our enemy or obstacle to awakening...it will be ver, very hard to transcend it and merge into oneness. it's part of oneness. illusion is God too
