On topic: Focusing on kindness and awareness outside of meditation can help a lot imo. I noticed, that even if I meditate a lot, watching esports on youtube ruins the whole progress  (unexpectedly)

I didn't even notice him getting triggered. Maybe I focus more on his insights.
