Very amazing person. When I watch videos about him, I can't help but to do push-ups you know... Just too much motivation. Gonna read his book and also the book from Jesse Itzler very soon  (I just don't know if I can work out while reading, maybe I can get an audiobook)

Pure inspiration. I remember crying when I listened to him first time on Joe's podcast. That evening,  I proceeded to snatch 20kg kettlebells until my calluses ripped apart and coudnt lift no more.

Everytime Ajasatya posts i'm literally inspired to be a better man. Yet whenever I see your post pop up, I see oh this guy is stuck on here way too much and distracts himself from any real work. Thinks hes better than everyone and doesn't contemplate anything EVER, can't think for himself: see every post get edited by you.

Wake the fuck up instead of preaching everything. You are the most asleep person on the site. You think you can be awake just staring at a screen all day avoiding any work you really have to do by distracting yourself with spam watching videos and spam editing posts in every thread? you can't even "do nothing" technique for like 1 hour probably, aja and leo would out meditate u all day long and do circles around you, you can't even sit still for 30 seconds, but hes arrogant, okay

 

edit: hope i get banned even though you should of got banned 30 times the past 2 years cause everytime someone gets banned on this site they probably had beef with you to begin with

Until yesterday, I had no idea who David Goggins was.

Today, I heard a sentence from his mouth - "I trained myself to crave discomfort". And it has been on my mind all day and I have gotten a few things done today. Soooo yes, that is a very inspiring sentence.

The 10 Challenges in the book also don't look like real challenges at all.
