Biphasic sleep

Hey, 

did anyone try a biphasic sleep cycle of either 6h and 20 min nap or 5h sleep with 1h and 30min.

I tried it for 3 weeks now with some general tips around sleep. Waking up with natural light, relaxing before going to bed etc. Yet, I want more out of my day. 

Does anyone have experience with this. For a longer time period?
