How Do you create your own reality when you have NO FREE WILL?

How can you possibly create your own reality when you have NO free will?

And i don't say that just because of hearsay. I have found out for myself by a 6-month observation period that my THOUGHS , ACTIONS and EMOTIONS are random, unpredictable and non controllable.

Yes i know about the concept of making choice BUT still doesn't help . Many times i feel like a ghost who is held hostage by this body.

All you can do is act as though you do have free will. Listen to and act on your inner promptings. From your (jivas) point of view, there is "apparent " free will", but from Isvara/God's  point of you, you are a puppet and he the puppet master. However, your free will IS Isvara/God's will, so it's a paradox.

@SQAAD Your emotions are not random , neither your thoughts and actions , they all serve a purpose ( and you create them all ) . Be careful in jumping into conclusions . Your question doesn't seem random to me .

@SQAAD Keep doing whatever practice resulted in your observation. You have to merge with the Self at some point. Then these questions won't ever arise again.

The best answer i got from this question is one i got from a video made by Matt Kahn. He said that the one who is in a journey is de BODY, not You(the true Self), the real you has no free will, it is awareness itself, it's perfect, complete, infinite, indestructible, but the body, on the other hand, the body is the one on the journey, having insights, clearing blockages, old emotions, traumas, learning, evolving, undoing the energetic mess it got into etc. As you probably currently identify as the body (or something inhabiting the body), in a sense, you do have free will. 

In short: know that, in truth, you, who you think you are, don't have free will because this you don't even exist to have free will or not BUT, in practice, you didn't break out of that illusion, so act as if you do have free will.

It sounds like you realized that "you" are not the author of your thoughts. The old concept was that "you" controlled your thoughts, actions and emotions. There is now awareness that that "you" does not exist. The concept of "you" simply needs to be updated to reflect that realization. Simply update it based primarily on your direct experience.

There is no ‘’I’’ who has free will. All acts comes from the NON-dual One aka God. There is no ‘’you’’ creating anything, only God is. But since you are God it’s also all you doing and creating everything as God.

Because you don't really have no free will.  That's a mere thought only.  The Mind loves to project that thought and think it's found something really profound, but it's actually irrelevant to your life.  You'll still put your pants on one leg at a time like you always have before.

Would you even need free will, if there were no opposing force, no resistance?

How could you create your reality, if you did have free will, in a reality?

Who created the reality last night’s dream ‘happened in’, and did anything really happen then?

If it was just a dream, was there really anyone “in” it? Anyone who might have or not have, free will?

I have my own theory how it works, but it is rather complicated to make use of it , so best answer would be keep living as if you have  free will, but keep in mind not everything is up to you, It does't have to be.

I'm doing the Golden Triangle by myself for 2 weeks.  I'll be staying in Dehli but traveling around too.  I don't plan to meet with anyone on this trip.  This is my first trip to India, so I wanna just soak it all in by myself.  I plan to do a few trips to India during the course of my life.

God literally moves them. I'm not sure what else to say, in my defence it was Isaac Newton's explanation.

Leibniz explanation of freewill, God, and force in physics. While a tidy and self coherent theistic system is wrong. His freewill distinction between necessity and certainty is irrelevant.

A pantheist by definition does not act of his own will. An Atheist either subordinates himself to the collective, or pretends to follow a system of "meaning".

They are not random. They are divine.

You create your own reality because you are identified with thoughts/actions/emotions.
Create more separation and witness that they create themselves in a gargantuan tangle of infinity.
Your mind is just a tiny speck, a peak, of god that you desperately cling to.
