@Yahya Hi. It’s a really good thing that you made this post, that you’re being brave about your feelings and not running. If you keep expressing your feelings, you understand more and more over time. So be patient with yourself, ok? Grade 9 even? I’m impressed. I got there (that bravery) when I was in my thirties. Those sensations, the rushy urgent not so good feelings - they’re happening when you think negatively about yourself - when you think that you are not enough. The sensations are guiding you, not to think in any diminishing way about yourself, not to beat up on yourself. You are free. You are free to think that way about yourself. But, trust me, it will never, ever, feel good. Because nothing negative you ever think about yourself - is true. It’s just not. Those people did what they did, because of thinking negative about themselves, and ignoring the sensations, the inner guidance. It’s not your fault.

Everyday, heal, by writing down as much as you can about how you feel about things that have happened to you, how you feel about the people who were involved. Let it pour out. Crying is healing, figuratively, as well as literally. Tears are medicinal. Tears, sensations, even thoughts - they’re all actually here for you. I know it doesn’t seem that way right now, but let all those feelings out on paper, and you will see there is an amazing person there, who can love and be loved. Do you have it in you, to start now?.... I love you....
