Is this the right way to go about a relationship?

My last relationship went horrible. I did mostly the opposite of what this video tells me. But I feel like there is not point to a relationship if you do it this way. And also if it even works.. What do you think about it?

This girl in a video is trying to demusculate him or is testing him if hes really that what hes showing ,that guy is doing great imo...dont listen what women say rather what they do....
