@ajasatya what @integral laid out in his post is pretty much a guideline every ME/Fibro person is supposed to adhere to. It appears that will be my playbook for the weeks and months to come!

Fibryomialgia is a very Ego, unawakened, dogma driven individual.

How i know this? I cured someone's condition with energy.

CBD topical cream is great for when it flares up.
