Leo Cat Yarn Quote - question please

hey all

 

i cannot find the video or the post where leo talks about this analogy...

i am trying to quote it and write it down because i find it very elegant

 

if someone remembers or can confirm this is correct, that would be great

 

"A cat unravels a yarn, which in turn unravels that cat."

or

"A cat unravels a yarn, which in turn unravels the cat."

 

I want this to make and be written with proper grammar sense - help with the English please and thanks

 

unsure if it should be "a cat unraveling a yarn which unravels the cat itself" ?

Check out the 'All understanding is metaphorical' video on his blog.

It's a metaphorical image, so I wouldn't fuss over the sentence itself.

I post quotes often in my journal and on Facebook etc. So wanted to make it a quote out of it.

 

So that's why was asking if what i wrote makes grammatical sense at the least lol.

A cat unravels a ball of yarn, which ultimately ends up unraveling the cat itself

Include the image if you're posting it on FB; makes it much clearer.
