There is a sense in which when you objectify things in videos and writing that it helps solidify it for you.  The same principle applies when you talk to a friend or family member about a problem to find out how you feel about it.  Just putting things into words made something stick for you that you didn't possess before.  My Journals function the same way for me as I'm sure Leo's videos do for him.  It's like a catalyst for growth.
