judgement causes suffering

I found out that judgement and opinions  are the main cause of suffering. No judgement = no suffering

What is it that judges?  Does being judge?  What it it that clings to no judgments?  Is that not a judgment too?

The one who judges is low on consciousness and judges himself. Everything is God, we are all God, who can judge anything? Only when you take yourself to be the ego (‘’I’’) and are unconscious of that.

Judgement is necessary to survive, withoout judgement we would pick a poisonous mushroom and eat it, becausse nothing would be good or bad.

What about that judgement of suffering? Does that cause suffering? 

I saw a definition of judgement as "opinion or conclusion". opinion~concept~ego it must be understood that we are bounded to rationality/ego in language and thought itself. The existence of ego must be reconciled. Maybe we can say suffering is aspects of ego (not no ego) but you're best off with Suffering = Suffering. 

And conclusions? things conclude. But the best ones leave room for more.

Rationality limits itself but that does not mean there is no need for rationality, we need it to understand it's limits.

@Shin No, I didn’’t mean it in that way. I understand that someone who judges others and himself is suffering etc. That’s what I really feel sorry for.

Yes,

Just don't try to stop judging thoughts to happen. Resisting the thoughts will only feed them.

It's probably a good idea to limit judgement as much as possible, since it just creates more useless thinking.  I guess it could be debated whether one can get rid of all judgement.
