Don't do any of that, you need to take care of yourself, develop yourself to such a point you don't even need anyone anymore.
Then you will be able to experience true companionship, and it will be a choice, not a neurotic psychological disease force fed into your mind by society.

But maybe you need the suffering and the misery to understand that could be a possibility,
Maybe you want to waste decades of  your life, worrying all the time about someone that will never fulfill you.

Not sure why so much hatred against practical family relationship?

How many human being are free of the need to be loved, or the need to please their family/friends/society standard ?
Not much.

So we don't know.

What I know though is that those things were a necessity for me years ago, 
And now they aren't.

That was wise. Yet no answer from her. I don’t know how they can wait long enough without givin a reply! ? but being honest with myself I couldn't let her go. I love* her no matter what. I feel like I don't even need her to  have Loveand I told her that.
